Double shaft shredder working principle:
Pine Wood Palm Fiber Shredder Machine is to cut and shred the materials through the relative rotating of the two sets of cutter shaft, the mutual shearing among the blades of moving knives & the cutter heads and the distance sleeves. The outlet-material control of double-shaft shredder is adopted the network design, the width and length of outlet-material are determined on the width of the cutter, and the distance of cutter heads. Two groups of cutter shafts are rotating at different speeds which leads to the shearing and shredding materials simultaneously, which improves the efficiency of shredding.
