Description:
Metal Shredder with loading hoppers, equipped with high quality cutters with low rotation speed for a lower energy consumption and noise reduction. It incorporates two counter-rotating shafts that intermesh with each other (2 shafts with sharp elements constituted by sharp-corners disks provided with hooks; Every hook has the task to hook the product and drive-it by the action of the two counter-rotating shafts). Working principle:
Metai Shredder is to cut and shred the materials through the relative rotating of the two sets of cutter shaft, the mutual shearing among the blades of moving knives & the cutter heads and the distance sleeves. The outlet-material control of double-shaft shredder is adopted the network design, the width and length of outlet-material are determined on the width of the cutter, and the distance of cutter heads. Two groups of cutter shaft are rotating on different speed which leads to the shearing and shredding materials simultaneously, it improves the efficiency of shredding.
