Why recycling textile

Working principle of textile shredder

Firstly, the waste textiles to be processed are fed into the feeding port of the shredder through conveyor belts or manual input. The shredder is equipped with a rotating cutterhead and a fixed cutterhead, on which multiple blades are installed. These blades are optimized for different types of textiles to ensure effective cutting of various materials such as cotton, linen, nylon, and polyester.

Next, when the waste textiles enter the shredder, the rotating cutterhead begins to work, and the blades come into contact with the textiles and cut them into small pieces or fibers. During this process, the speed and force of the shredder are precisely controlled to ensure that it can effectively shred textiles without damaging any valuable parts.

After shredding, the larger impurities, hardware, etc. in the shredded fabric are separated from the fabric through a sieve or airflow separation system. This step helps to ensure the quality of recycled textiles and also helps to protect the normal operation of subsequent processing equipment.

How to recycling textile

Collected waste textiles are first sorted and graded.
